2017 was a great year for 29 year old Mike Segura, who went 4-0 last year with three finishes. The start of that streak coming on on January 21st of 2017 at the Forum in Inglewood, CA. Almost exactly one year later to the day Segura will step into that same building when he fights Arthur Estrazulas at Bellator 192.
The dominant 2017 effort was exactly what the doctor ordered for Segura, who went on a three fight losing streak. That streak stretched from 2015 through 2016 and saw Segura finished twice.
With long winning and losing streaks behind him, Segura is focused on continuing consistency as he enters 2018. Before his fight we spoke with Segura about what it’s like preparing for another fight at the Forum, what the last few years have been like, and what his thoughts are on his opponent Arthur Estrazulas.
