Top prospect Carrington Banks has been forced off Saturday’s Bellator 176 card, according to a report from The MMA Report.
Banks was scheduled to face Mihail Nica in one of the featured MMA bouts for the Spike broadcast from Italy. The event also features Bellator Kickboxing from the Pala Alpitour.
Nica will now meet Samba Coulibaly, who is coming off a recent submission win. He is 11-4 overall, including 8-1 in his last nine. Nica sports a record of 5-0.
Bellator 176 features Rafael Carvalho defending his middleweight title against Melvin Manhoef in the main event.
