The odds are based on $100 bets. A plus sign indicates the betting underdog. If you place $100 on an underdog and he wins, you win the number amount next to his plus sign. In the case of Stevenson-Guillard, if you bet $100 on Guillard and he won, you'd clear $140 profit.
A negative sign is the betting favorite, and in that case betting on them is the reverse. You bet the amount next to his negative sign, and if he wins you win $100 on top of the money you placed. In the case of Florian-Mishima, if you bet $225 on Florian and he wins, you clear $100.
