We likely may never see Konstantin Erokhin compete inside the Octagon again.
The heavyweight has been fined $3,300 and suspended for a year after failing a drug test. The Nevada Athletic Commission levied the penalties Wednesday during a hearing, citing drostanolone and drostanolone metabolites in his drug test.
Erokhin (9-3) had won nine of his 10 career fights before signing with the UFC, but dropped both bouts and was released from the contract. His positive test happened in December following a defeat at the hands of Gabriel Gonzaga.
