Josh Barnett will finally be able to fight again in the state of California as he has regained his license to fight after appearing before the CSAC this week.
Barnett had not been able to fight in California following a failed 2009 drug test, prior to a scheduled main event slot on PPV against Fedor Emelianenko for the now closed Affliction MMA.
The license did not come without conditions though as part of the deal requires Barnett to submit to random biological fluid testing at a time and place determined by the CSAC.
