UFC middleweights Michael Bisping and Brian Stann will meet in just over two months at UFC 152.
The UFC announced the match up this weekend for the September 22nd card that will take place in Toronto, Canada.
It's not set in stone but the bout could quite possibly be for a shot at UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva. Both fighters are 4-1 in their last five fights with both losing to Chael Sonnen. Sonnen just got sent to the back of the middleweight line after losing to Silva last weekend at UFC 148.
With a thin list of potential middleweight title challengers, Stann and Bisping are two of the UFC's biggest middleweight contenders at this point with Hector Lombard also on the short list. Lombard will face Tim Boetsch next weekend at UFC 149 and with an impressive win could also put himself in title contention.
