World Series of Fighting lightweight champion Justin Gaethje was met with an odd suspension following his first round victory over Brian Foster in Colorado.
Gaethje, who celebrated the TKO victory with a back-flip off the cage, was suspended indefinitely for the move, prompting a quick rally on social media.
Come to find out the fighter himself was informed of the reason behind the suspension, clarifying things on Twitter recently, by posting that he was suspended for getting on the cage in general by the commission.
I should be off the suspension list tomorrow. The commision just wanted to tell me not to do it again in Colorado. Thank you for the support
