Pride Fighting Championship's Welterweight Champion DAN HENDERSON, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Legend RIGAN MACHADO and Olympic Coach and wrestling legend BOB ANDERSON (coach for wrestlers Dan Henderson, Randy Couture, Rulon Gardner, Heath Sims) invite everyone to come learn the most advanced grappling techniques in a special one day 5 hour seminar November 12 beginning at 11am.
Dan Henderson, Rigan Machado and Coach Bob Anderson will be covering MMA specific techniques, tactics, and training methods.
This seminar entails a unique blend of comprehensive technical instruction and structured drill sessions, with lots of live grappling.
You will learn to perform their methods and the necessary mental toughness and confidence needed to excel at the highest levels of competition.
