LOS ANGELES CA. Oct 23, 2006 On Friday November 17th, 2006 the City of Los Angeles will host the single most important Mixed Martial Arts event of the year. PSL stands for Professional Submission League, which is a league for highly accomplished submission artists drawn from the worlds of Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sombo, Greco-Roman Wrestling, Freestyle Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts Fighting.
WHAT: The PSL event format features live single match ups of submission wrestling action on a raised tatame platform.
WHO: 4 Time UFC Champion – Randy “The Natural” Couture, World BJJ and ADCC Submission Champions Marcelo Garcia and Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza, World Shooto Champion Jake Shields, KOTC Champion Javier “Showtime” Vasquez, Pan Am BJJ Champions Jeff Glover, Shane Rice & Bill Cooper plus many more.
