As MMANews.com exclusively reported earlier today, Tito Ortiz was telling friends close to him that he will be returning to the Bellator MMA cage to fight Stephan Bonnar in November.
During the Bellator 123 event, just prior to the evening’s main event, Scott Coker introduced both Ortiz and Bonnar in the cage and the bout was made official for November 15th.
Bonnar made some less-than-flattering comments about Jenna Jameson, which prompted Ortiz to push Bonnar. A big pull-apart ensued, but was quickly broken up.
With the Ortiz-Bonnar bout official for 11/15, Bellator has set another head-to-head evening against UFC, as UFC 180 also takes place on November 15th, with a UFC Heavyweight Championship main event between Cain Velasquez and Fabricio Werdum.
