Six welterweights have spots on the December UFC on FOX 22 card.
Bryan Barberena takes on Colby Covington, Alan Jouban meets Mike Perry and James Moontasri gets Alex Morono in a bout rescheduled from UFC Fight Night 97.
Barberena (12-3) improved to 3-1 inside the Octagon when he earned a decision over Warlley Alves earlier this year. Covington (10-1) has won two straight since suffering his first pro loss – to Alves – last December.
Jouban (14-4) is 4-1 over his last five, while Perry (9-0) has finished both Danny Roberts and Hyun Gyu Lim over the past few months.
Moontasri (9-4) lost to Alex Oliveira in July and is 2-3 inside the Octagon; Morono (12-3) won his UFC debut over Kyle Noke in January.
Set for December 17 from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, the card is headlined by Paige VanZant vs. Michelle Waterson. Also, Sage Northcutt meets Mickey Gall.
