To the surprise of nobody, the CM Punk-Mickey Gall contest set for UFC 203 will be on the pay-per-view main card.
Officials revealed the entire fight card, from UFC Fight Pass prelims through the heavyweight title main event, on Tuesday. The action goes down September 10 from Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena.
Punk, a former WWE superstar, makes his MMA debut vs. Gall, who earned his shot after appearing on Dana White’s “Lookin’ for a Fight” series.
In the headline bout, Stipe Miocic defends his belt against former Strikeforce champion Alistair Overeem, while Fabricio Werdum takes on Travis Browne for a second time.
