UFC President Dana White just broke the internet:
Anderson Silva vs Michael Bisping is the main event in London on Feb 27 on @UFCFightPass!!! pic.twitter.com/8Ybof2BbMZ

For years, Anderson Silva vs. Michael Bisping was considered the biggest fight possible in the middleweight division. It just never happened because Silva was the champion and Bisping lost his title eliminators against Dan Henderson, Chael Sonnen, and Vitor Belfort. While it’s arguable whether or not that’s still that big, it’s still a very strong marquee main event, maybe the biggest non-title fight the UFC could make right now short of something like Conor McGregor vs. Nate Diaz. On paper, it would be at least a 500,000 buy pay-per-view event, but instead, UFC is putting it on Fight Pass to boost subscriptions. UFC Senior Vice President and GM for Fight Pass Eric Winter had spoken of changes to push Fight Pass in 2016 (Dustin Poirier vs. Joe Duffy as the “Fight Pass Prelims Headliner” at UFC 195 is the first step) and clearly he wasn’t messing around.
But what happens with Gegard Mousasi, Bisping’s originally scheduled opponent? UFC Vice President of Public Relations Dave Sholler tweeted that Mousasi is still fighting on the card, but will be facing a new opponent:
Looking for new opponent for him. https://t.co/AYCLYHFBtz

There’s still no main event for the previous week’s card in Pittsburgh, which has nothing close to a marquee fight right now.
