Upstart pro wrestling promotion Global Force Wrestling today revealed a very familiar face to fans of the MMA world as a member of their official announcing team.
That’s right, the gangster from West Linn, Oregon, Chael P. Sonnen, has officially signed on to serve as the color-commentator for the GFW promotion, which is founded by longtime pro wrestling star Jeff Jarrett, the same man who founded TNA Wrestling, a company that still runs weekly television shows on Destination America, as well as a few pay-per-view events per year.
Sonnen joining with GFW has reportedly been a “done deal” dating all the way back to October, according to our friend here at MMANews.com — Front Row Brian.
