Dana White announced at the UFC Fan Expo on Friday that the milestone UFC 200 event will be taking place on July 2, 2016.
UFC 200 will be held at the new 20,000-seat MGM Arena that will be located across the street from the current MGM Grand Garden Arena, which is where most of UFC’s events in Las Vegas are held.
While no fights are official for the event at this point, it is believed that UFC will be building up the show in a similar fashion to UFC 100, which is still the most purchased pay-per-view in UFC history.
