With Brock Lesnar shocking the world, many have come out of the woodworks and expressed interest in competing with the former UFC Heavyweight Champion, including “The Last Emperor.”
Fedor Emelianenko, who is scheduled to fight former UFC contender Fabio Maldonado at Fight Nights 50, live on UFC Fight Pass from St. Petersburg, Russia on June 17, recently spoke about the possibility of he and Lesnar’s paths crossing one day.
“Brock is an interesting opponent,” Emelianenko said to Sovsport.ru. “Maybe our paths will cross again.”
Lesnar makes his MMA return against former K-1 Champion and UFC title contender Mark Hunt, who is currently ranked number eight in the UFC’s heavyweight rankings, at UFC 200 on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
