Frank Mir is reportedly stepping back into the octagon for the first time after this loss to Andrei Arlovski at UFC 191 by unanimous decision. The former UFC heavyweight champ is rumored to be fighting Mark Hunt at UFC Fight Night 84. UFC officials have yet to comment.
Mir has an MMA record of 18-10, and is 3-3 in his last six fights. Hunt is 11-10-1 in MMA and 30-13 in kickboxing. He’s 2-3-1 in his last six bouts.
UFC Fight Night 84 takes place on March 19th, airing from Brisbane, Australia. The event will air on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass.
