UFC Welterweight contender Hector Lombard failed his UFC 182 drug test, according to new documents released by the Nevada Athletic Commission.
Lombard, who defeated Josh Burkman at the UFC 182 event, tested positive for the anabolic steroid “desoxymethyltestosterone,” which according to Wikipedia is also known as “DMT,” “one of the first designer steroids to be marketed as a PED to athletes and bodybuilders.”
UFC subsequently confirmed that Lombard’s recent drug test failure is the reason his fight with Rory MacDonald on April 25th was canceled.
