McGregor, fresh off of his most dominant performance inside the Octagon thus far, a 13-second, one-punch knockout of previously ten-year-unbeaten Jose Aldo at UFC 194 to unify the UFC 145-pound title, opens as a +115 underdog.
UFC Lightweight Champion Dos Anjos, who himself is also coming off one of his more impressive wins in the UFC, a quick first round finish of Donald Cerrone, breaking “Cowboy’s” eight fight win-streak in the process, is listed as a -145 favorite in the potential “Champion vs. Champion” Octagon showdown.
For those unfamiliar with gambling, what those numbers mean is this:
– With Conor McGregor coming in at +115, because of the plus sign, he is an underdog. In this case, a $100 bet on McGregor would earn you $115 profit if he managed to get the victory against Dos Anjos.
