Nick Diaz was suspended for five years and fined $165,000 by the Nevada Athletic Commission due to his multiple failed drug tests.
Diaz has failed multiple tests throughout his career for marijuana, however many are finding it absurd that Anderson Silva would only receive a one-year suspension for performance-enhancing drugs, while Diaz gets five years for marijuana.
Diaz reportedly pleaded the fifth to every question asked of him at the hearing.
