Now that it’s official that Ronda Rousey will be defending her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship against Holly Holm in her next fight, MMA odds makers are already getting behind the champion in a major way.
While it comes as no surprise, Rousey opened as an enormous betting favorite over Holm, as Best Fight Odds currently have Holm as more than a 10-1 underdog against the UFC mega-star.
BestFightOdds.com has Holly Holm set at +1025 and Rousey at -1250. This means a $100 bet on Holm would pay out $1,025 if she were to pull off the upset, while it will cost you $1,250 to win $100 profit if Rousey were to beat Holm as expected.
Rousey defends her title against the undefeated Holm in the main event of UFC 195 on Saturday, January 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
