The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale, the second of three sold out events in a row in Las Vegas, took place on Friday, December 11, 2015 at The Chelsea At The Cosmopolitan featuring a die-hard MMA fans dream match between Frankie Edgar and Chad Mendes, with the winner likely receiving the next title shot against the winner of the big Jose Aldo vs. Conor McGregor main event at Saturday’s UFC 194 pay-per-view.
In addition to the Edgar-Mendes headline attraction, the TUF 22 Finale features the finals of season 22 of The Ultimate Fighter reality show between Artem Lobov and Ryan Hall, as well as a pair of very intriguing Lightweight bouts — Tony Ferguson vs. Edson Barboza and Joe Lauzon vs. Evan Dunham.
