The latest UFC Fighter Rankings have been released (July 28th) and there were a lot of big movers this week.
– Bobby Green, coming off a decision win against #3 ranked Lightweight Josh Thompson, jumped 6 spots this week, and lands at #7. Thomson dropped three spots to #6 following the loss.
– Dennis Bermudez, after his submission win over Clay Guida, moved up five spots to #7 in the Featherweight division. Guida dropped five spots to #12.
– Daniel Cormier, who will be fighting Light Heavyweight champion Jon Jones in September, is now ranked #15 on the pound-for-pound list.
Other big movers include Cub Swanson, Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor.
