On Saturday evening, UFC presented their UFC On FOX 19 event, headlined by Rashad Evans vs. Glover Teixeira and featuring the return of UFC Lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Nurmagomedov easily handled his short-notice replacement opponent Darrel Horcher, who he fought at a 160 pound catch weight, scoring a second round TKO victory in his Octagon return bout.
In the evening’s main event, Glover Teixeira took one step closer to securing another UFC Light Heavyweight title shot, as he brutally knocked out former UFC 205-pound champion Rashad Evans in just over one minute of the first round.
