The UFC rankings have been updated following UFC 237! Check out all the changes below!
Pound for Pound: Jessica Andrade and Valentina Shevchenko both arrive on the P4P rankings, with Valentina Shevchenko ranked #14 and new strawweight champion Jessica Andrade at #15. Rose Namajunas has made her exit from the rankings following her loss to Andrade at UFC 237.
Strawweight: With a new champion at the helm in Jessica Andrade, former champion Rose Namajunas is now the #1 contender and Tatiana Suarez has moved up a spot to #2. Former longtime champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has dropped down to #3 in a tie with Nina Ansaroff.
Women’s Flyweight: No changes
Women’s Bantamweight: After her victory over Bethe Correia at UFC 237, Irene Aldana made the biggest jump up two spots to #9. Lina Ansaroff moved up one spot to #13, replacing now #14- ranked Bethe Correia. Sarah McMann (#10) and Macy Chaisson (#11) both fell down a spot as well.
Flyweight: No changes
Bantamweight: No changes
Featherweight: Alexander Volkanovski is now the #1 contender at featherweight, knocking Jose Aldo down two spots to #3. Brian Ortega remains firm at #2 while Frankie Edgar, who will be receiving the next world title shot at Max Holloway, is ranked #4.
Lightweight: Islam Makachev is now comfortably in the lightweight rankings instead of moving in and out of the #15 position, as he now sits at #13. James Vick (#14) and Charles Oliveira (#15)
Welterweight: No changes.
Middleweight: Elias Theodorou moves up one spot to #14 and David Branch returns to the rankings at #15.
Light Heavyweight: No changes
Heavyweight: No changes
