On Monday, reports surfaced online announcing the release of seven fighters from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Among the roster cuts today was Efrain Escudero, who won season eight of The Ultimate Fighter. Escudero was released following back-to-back losses inside the Octagon.
Other releases today included promising prospects such as Robert Whitaker and Clint Hester.
