Antonio Rogerio Nogueira recently spoke to MMAjunkie about when he plans to fight next, and also revealed that he plans to fight for “maybe three more years” before retiring. ‘Little Nog’ is coming off a loss to Maurício Rua at UFC 190 back in August.
“I want to fight this year, but we don’t have time,” said Nogueira. “I think maybe in January or February we’ll have another fight.”
Nogueira (21-7) is 3-3 in his last six bouts, including losses to Ryan Bader and Mauricio Rua, and wins over Tito Ortiz and Rashad Evans.
There’s currently no word on who his opponent for January or February could be.
