This week, “Bones” Jones took to social media to show off his crazy vertical leap (watch below). It is one of many videos Jones has been releasing from the gym since he has begun his preparations for his Octagon comeback.
Jones returns to the Octagon later this month, as he will meet Ovince St. Preux for the interim UFC Light Heavyweight Championship.
