Following the official UFC 198 weigh-ins on Friday in Curitiba, Brazil, which featured a record-setting UFC weigh-in crowd of 15,000 people, UFC released the fifth installment of their UFC 198 Embedded web series.
Embedded above is episode five of UFC 198 Embedded, which takes a close look at the top fighters leading into this Saturday’s stacked pay-per-view event.
The official description for episode five of UFC 198 Embedded reads as follows:
“On Episode 5 of UFC 198 Embedded, heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum and former light heavyweight champion Shogun Rua find strength in numbers during a team training session, while their American challengers – Stipe Mioicic and Corey Anderson – work out in their Curitiba hotel. The event’s big stars take in the massive scale of the arena at Ultimate Media Day, and then former featherweight Cris Cyborg dives head-on into her weight cut to 140 pounds. There’s one more stop and set of staredowns on Friday, as the group hits the official weigh-in at Atlético Paranaense Stadium. UFC 198 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the heavyweight title fight at UFC 198: Werdum vs. Miocic, taking place Saturday, May 14 on Pay-Per-View.”
