During preparations leading up to a fight, often times MMA fighters want peace and quiet. All distractions from their everyday life are cut out as much as possible so they can focus on their upcoming bout, but sometimes, things just happen, something MMA legend Dan Henderson knows all too well.
Headliner of UFC Fight Night 78, Dan Henderson went down to his hotel bar Tuesday afternoon to grab a bite to eat, only to return to his room shortly after finding a “drunk guy” passed out on his couch.
Henderson posted the following video on his Instagram account showing the “visitor.”
“Yeah, we just ate dinner in the bar downstairs and came back to our room and some guy is passed out drunk on the couch,” he told the front desk via telephone, which can be heard in the video above. “I don’t know how he got in our room.” Henderson said of his visitor.
Henderson is now able to focus on his match with Vitor Belfort which headlines UFC Fight Night this Saturday at the Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
