MMA legend Wanderlei Silva addressed the rumors of possibly working an angle with Chael Sonnen in WWE during a recent radio appearance.
“The Axe Murderer” appeared on “Submission Radio” recently and spoke about the rumors, saying he is no longer talking to WWE.
“No. The talking don’t continue, you know? ‘Cause I’m a real fighter,” said Silva. “You know, I can’t do pro wrestling. I don’t know. I never do it before and I don’t know if I’m gonna break the rules.”
Silva revealed that there was talks of doing some kind of wrestling angle with his arch nemesis, Chael Sonnen.
“Yeah, like that. Like pro wrestling, and I don’t know, if I’m gonna fight against Sonnen I wanted to do the real fight.”
I don’t wanna do pro wrestling,” Silva concluded.
